Account Cancellation
We follow a reliable refund policy to make our customers feel valued. Please review the guidelines for cancellation and refund:
- If you wish to cancel your account, notify us 15 days before the end of your term (via email to [email protected]).
- Your subscription automatically renews on the 1st of each month/quarter/year.
- You can upgrade or downgrade services at any time, but no refunds will be issued in such cases.
- If you stop using our services before the end of the term, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate Klandr services at any time, without notice.
- Fraudulent activity may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
- Note: No refunds are offered, even for mid-month cancellations.
15 Day No Obligation Cancellation
Klandr offers a 15-day no-obligation cancellation policy for new customers only. Within this period, you can cancel your account and receive a full refund, minus minor service and development costs. After this period, you will be automatically enrolled in your selected payment plan.
Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
All Klandr SaaS services are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly, quarterly, or annually, unless canceled via email ([email protected]). No refunds or credits are issued for partial months. Upgrade/downgrade requests must be emailed to our sales or support teams.
